What you are deciding
Whether anything you are about to do carries a further charge.
Your options
- You are on Portfolio or on the free trial. Nothing further is charged for a rent review, a notice or an evidence pack.
- You are on Solo. A rent increase pack is £29.00 and an evidence pack is £120.00, each paid once.
A worked example
An agency on Portfolio with 30 tenancies pays £52.99 a month. In November 2026 it prepares four rent reviews, generates four Form 4A notices and builds one evidence pack. The charge for November is still £52.99. The same work on Solo would be four increase packs and one evidence pack: £236.00.
What Abide.Rent does for you
