Do I need a card to start?
No. The one-month free trial needs no card and includes every feature.
What counts as a property?
Any property on your working list, let or empty. Archive one and it stops counting.
Who pays?
Tenants never pay. Tenant logins are free on every plan. The agency or landlord whose workspace holds the properties pays for that workspace.
What happens after the trial?
Choose Portfolio, or stay on Solo — free for 1 property. Nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in the app. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
Is VAT included?
No VAT is charged. Abide.Rent is sold to businesses only, and a UK business accounts for any VAT under the reverse charge.
