Know an agent who dreads the next rent review?
Send them your link. They get 60 days free instead of 30. When they pay, you get credit equal to their first payment, up to £50.
Your link is under Billing in Abide.Rent. Credit comes off your next invoices automatically.
How it works
- Copy your linkEvery live account has one. In Abide.Rent, open Billing and copy the link under “Refer an agent”. It looks like app.abide.rent/signup?ref=ABCD2345.
- Share it where agents talkA LinkedIn post about your first rent review under the new rules, a reply in a landlord forum, an email to the agent who manages your other flats.
- They get 60 days freeInstead of 30. Every feature, unlimited properties, no card — and free help moving their records in.
- You get credit when they payCredit equal to what their first invoice took, up to £50, comes off your next invoices automatically.
The rules, in full
How much credit do I get?
What the agency you referred actually paid on its first invoice, up to £50. A first monthly invoice earns its own amount; a yearly one earns £50.
Is there a limit?
Up to 10 rewards in any 12 months.
Can I refer my own colleagues or a second account of my own?
No. Referring your own account, a workspace paid with the same card or Stripe customer, or colleagues on your own email domain does not count. Public addresses such as Gmail or Outlook are fine.
What if they get a refund?
If that first payment is refunded within 30 days, the refunded part of the credit is taken back. If it is disputed with the card issuer, all of it is.
Do tenants or landlords I invite count?
Tenants and landlords you invite to a record use Abide.Rent free and are not referrals. A referral is a new agency or landlord account that signs up with your link.
Where do I see what I have earned?
In Abide.Rent, under Billing: your link, credit earned, invitations waiting for a first payment and rewards left this year.
Credit is account credit on Abide.Rent invoices, not cash. See pricing and the terms.
