How it works in detail

The most common reason a landlord moves agency is not price. It is not knowing what is going on. The monthly statement fixes that with no extra work for the agency.

What is on it

  • The portfolio score and each property’s score, with the items behind it.
  • Everything falling due within 60 days of the statement date — certificates, PRS registration, rent review dates — with who is arranging it.
  • The property’s PRS Database region, when it opens and the deadline.
  • Rent reviews and notices in progress.
  • Anything that is the landlord’s own duty, said plainly.
  • An optional weekly summary, every Monday, switched on per landlord.

How it is sent

Statements go out at 9am on the first of the month for the month just ended. The agency can also choose any of the last twelve months, preview it and send it by hand, or switch the automatic statement off for a landlord. Once sent, a statement is kept exactly as the landlord received it, as a PDF both sides can download later.
