How it works in detail
- CSV or Excel, from a spreadsheet or a CRM export. Column names are recognised however they are written, including common alternatives.
- Up to four tenants per row, with names, emails and phone numbers.
- Deposits: amount, date received, scheme (DPS, TDS or mydeposits), reference and date protected.
- Served dates: the Information Sheet, the written statement of terms, the prescribed information and the last Section 13 notice, plus the Right to Rent check date.
- Certificate dates come in as history, so the compliance score is right on day one.
- See every row and any problems before you save.
A gaps report, not a surprise
Each imported row lists what is still missing — no EICR, no named tenant, deposit not recorded, no Right to Rent check, no PRS registration numbers, no record of the Information Sheet — and the import totals them, so you can see the work in one list.
Nobody is emailed
An import sends no emails and no portal invitations. Invite tenants and landlords when you are ready, from the bulk invite. Our team can also do the import for you, free.
