How it works in detail
Two audiences only: internal to the agency, or shared with the landlord. A note can be edited for 15 minutes, every version is kept, and it can be redacted with a reason but never deleted.
- Notes on properties, tenancies, repairs, jobs, rent reviews, deposits, documents and pet requests.
- @mentions tell a colleague; pinned notes stay at the top.
- Tasks with one owner, a due date, followers and a history; overdue tasks are flagged.
- The team board shows the latest notes across the book, by property or by mention.
- Landlords see the notes their agent shares with them on agent-managed properties.
