How it works in detail
Alerts go to the lead and the backup. Escalation is set by the agency: by default, managers hear 7 days before a deadline and owners 7 days after it is missed.
- Lead, backup, progressor and maintenance roles on every property.
- Holidays and cover, on-call, working hours and England and Wales bank holidays for Abide.Rent’s own targets — statutory dates never move.
- The exit wizard is the only way to remove someone who still holds work: their properties and tasks go to named people.
