Authenticate to the Abide.Rent API with a session JWT or a hashed API key. Context headers choose which workspace you see.
Sign in with POST /api/v1/auth/sign_in to receive a JWT, or issue an API key in the signed-in product under Developers → API keys (abk_live_… in production, abk_test_… elsewhere).
Send the bearer token on every call. Then send:
X-Abide-Rent-Context: agency, landlord or tenantX-Abide-Rent-Context-Id: the account or person id for that capacityKeys skip the password step and authenticate as the paying account. The raw token is shown once.
There is no /serve route. Outbound webhooks are planned and not available yet.
